Lexi’s Salon policy: We do not require deposits for services, however, we do require a 100% fee for no-show. We also require a 50% fee for cancellations less than 24 before the appointment. There are no fees for rescheduling if it’s before the 24 hour mark. We have a 3 day guarantee policy, you must let us know if there is an issue within 72 hours of your service so we can make adjustments. We do not give refunds.
